Support is always not available

Support is always not available, I topped up my account to be skins and the website requested KYC even though there was NO KYC mention when I topped up account, Such Scam act, they are not replying to ticket and not giving my money back!

Best Trading Website

They are the best with the best prices. I deposited less than the required amount to buy an item on the website and they just compensated me for the missing amount and gifted me as well. Best support ever. Totally recommended!

Good Prices and Fast Delivery

First I was a little bit sceptical because the headquarters are in Ukraine and you have to deposit money before you can use it.
But I gave it a try and bought an AK-47 Inheritance. The money was instantly on my account and the trade took 2 minutes.
All in All I can recommend this site if the price is better than on other trading sites.

Sold an item didn't got the money for…

Sold an item didn't got the money for it messaged support, they didnt answer for 5 hours back "live support" so far 2 days passed no news about my money ,from sold item nice.

Had an accident where my API key became…

Had an accident where my API key became invalid. Lost an item because of it. Settled it with support. Overall a pleasant marketplace as a supplier. Selling fees are bit high (~8% usually) but mostly worth it as your items sell at good prices.

Got refunded for my stupid mistake. Great support!

After my mistake on putting a wrong withdrawal address which lead to my funds being lost in space, Thea from the support team was kind enough to guide me on how to find the correct address and even refunded me half of my funds, even if it was my fault in the first place! Great,prompt and kind support from Waxpeer!

Honestly i f'ed up by adding less funds that the ones i needed ( on the very last digits tho ) and i messaged the support and they immediatelly answered me and they added 0.01 to my funds so i could buy the skin i wanted 10/10 would recommend and the transaction seems to be super safe

Loved the service as always.

Not my first time trading on this website, but damn do I not love it. The prices are like no other, and the staff are really welcoming. Every once in a while I trade here, and I always leave with a smile on my face - special thanks to Thea for helping me with a small problem earlier as well.

One thing they could improve are the withdraw times, but I dont really mind a 5 hour delay when everything else is so smooth. Waxpeer is definitely my favourite marketplace, would recommend.

Headache but it's fine

I started using waxpeer for cashtrading cs2 skins in early september. Buying skins on waxpeer and selling them somewhere else. In october, I was told that I cannot browse the marketplace for "making too many frequent calls" and I was banned for an unknown duration. Support does give answers, but is less helpful, but atleast friendly. It looks like that I got banned for "opening too many tabs".

So if you're looking to avoid headache - don't use waxpeer. Else it's good site.

I used it many times easy and safe way to sell skins i recommend this is website dont care people who saying i got scammed by api key , it was their fault not waxpeer dont forget the reset api key before selling skins.

now they deserve a five star i gotta say i accedently sent my api to the server chat which was exploited i lost 1k$ worth of skins i wrote bad rev but that aint matters they found the scammer and he had 300$ they froze his acc and transferd the money to my acc and i as very happy it saved me from alot of trouble in real life i want to thank them from the bottom of my heart

Site is nice, but support is slow asf

Hi,
I'd give this site 5 stars, but unfortunantly, because of their support imma take 2 stars away.
I wanted to cancel my withdraw, cuz i took wrong adress, not one which I wanted (yeah i know its my bad) but thing which is annoying is that, i wrote to support 10h after i created order to withdraw (since withdraw takes up to 48h), after asking me for adress to which i put my withdraw, 30mins later my withdraw is confirmed (:
so it took 8hours to cancel and when she was working on it, it got confirmed and sent (:
great support love it

Hi, my withdraw still not completed i withdrawed my money at 4.12.2023 but its still not in my wallet it says created and im still waiting to help. I tried to talk with support but support button is not working I am still waiting for help. Please.

Worst trading site I ever used

Crypto only deposits/withdrawals with very slow withdraw times.
The skin stock is terrible and the trade usually doesnt go through because the other person cancels.
Prices are also really high in comparison to other sites.
Support eventually helped with a problem I had, after 2 weeks that is, apparently my first ticket went directly to spam so there was a delay.
Youre better off using a different site.

great site with nice support

great site with nice support. In the first instance they werent able to help since i made a mistake with depositing in a wrong currency. They werent able to trace and acces the currency but still gave me the money on the account probs to this awesome site for that

Unpaid Transaction

Traded a Bowie fade during a steam outage and the other person took my skin. I was told I would get a refund and im still waiting 3 days later. Support specialist is named Thea

EDIT: got it refunded on day 3, within the time period that was provided by Thea. All in all, not the worst experience with selling a skin. Be sure to check for steam outages!
