Honestly I was a bit nervous since I'm just getting into csgo skins and I wasn't sure what site to trust. I asked around and most people said bit skins was a great place for crypto. I deposited like $300+ and was able to withdraw skins right after I got them on the site. Definitely recommend for someone who is new to csgo skins to use this site. One con this site has is that the prices maybe higher than p2p trading but it's worth it to have the security of not getting scammed.

What makes bitskins my go to skin marketplace is their phenomenal support staff. While they have been rare, there have been a few instances where I had a problem with the site and was worried about losing access to my skins. The support was always incredibly responsive and resolved my issues promptly. These support experiences let me rest easy knowing my skins and money is safe when exchanging skins outside of the steam market

I've been using BitSkins for over a year and have never had a problem. Cash withdrawals are "instant" now, but take 3 or 4 days to show up in your account when using Visa (if not using crypto, you'll need a Visa card, which might mean opening a new bank account if you're in the UK). Their support is good, and always quick to respond.

Someone scammed my money through bitskins and I complained Bitskins customer support and he gave me excellent response kindly if someone scam your money through Bitskins you should complain I challenge you Bitskins will refund your scammed money,

One of the better marketplace sites for virtual items like CS:GO, TF2, Rust, etc.
They recently updated it to 2.0 so obviously there are few issues that need to be resolved but most of the stuff is resolved pretty fast. Hopefully the site will be even better in the close future.

Traffic on this site is pretty low so skins take a very long time to sell until and unless they are being sold for dirt cheap prices which makes no sense as compared to the steam prices.

UPDATE BITSKINS OFFICIALS SCAMMED ME FOR 15 000 DOLLAR, Currently reported to ISLAND POLICE, Also FBI, CLOUDFLARE, Namecheap, Domainhosts. Polish Police, CHinese Police. Valvesoftware, CS2 Developers, KINGUIN CEO, Contacting everyone I know.

Recently deposited ETH over to Bitskins & didn't realized until after I sent the transaction that there's a minimum deposit amount needed for crypto. I made a support ticket explaining the mishap I made & seeing if there's anything I could do to make things right on my end, to which their staff quickly responded back to & were amazing enough to honor the amount I deposited, even though it was less than half of their minimum. Safe to say it won't happen again, thanks again!

Normally I use other Skin sites because they looked more user friendly. But scince the update Bitskins is a good and competative site again.
I sold some hundres Breakout cases and tried to withdraw the money via Visa. I had some problems because my Bank didn‘t accepted the payment (My bank is DKB and I have a Visa debit card).
No money arrived but on Bitskins the money was gone. I contacted the support and got a quick response that my bank somehow didn‘t accept the money.
So the Bitskins support refunded it to my Bitskins wallet.
After I tried it with another visa (credit card - and a different bank) it worked fine.

Very nice site and outstanding support!
